By far the most excellent and wonderful experience shopping at this beauty store. The staff that work here are so friendly, kind, and helpful from the minute you walk in the door greeting you with a warm welcome and ready to assist you. Both workers here are very patient and knowledgeable about the hair products they are selling and take time to explain products in great deatails when you have a question and will make every effort to make sure you are happy and get the correct type product that youre looking for.

Staff is very reluctant to help. This morning I was there as the door opened 11.00 am. The lady there was very unpleasant. I get that its Sunday and she probably don't want to be there but please come on. I'm spending my money at your store at least try to answer my questions pleasantly. Horrible experience.
