Love the gym. Nice people work here, great equipment and short wait times for equipment (usually none). I just can’t give it 5-stars because it’s not open 24 hours. This is a huge issue because of the price they charge. The memberships here are more expensive than retro fitness and fitness factory. Fitness factory is comparable in quality and wait times and it’s hours are even better than 24 hour fitness. So I hope the management team wakes up and either lowers the prices or live up to their name and reopen for 24 hours a day.

Gym with enough equipment and no wait. I've only used for power lifting training so I'm only using limited equipment. been there three times and I've been able to get the deadlift platform with half rack when needed and flat bench when needed. They have other racks and open floor space that there seems to always be an available spot for sqat bench and deadlift. You'll get your typical random kids who don't rerack, but the staff is continuously organizing weights back to their proper locations. Facility has a pool,but I haven't used it. Staff is always friendly when I enter and they don't pressure you to buy anything

Children under 16 are not “LIABILITIES”. Change your rules please, because I bet you that children under 16 can be responsible. My parents spent lots of money for the membership and I am not letting it be wasted due to your rules. Also, fix your entrance stairs, I thought they were “new”.

Good equipment and decent class offerings. The clientele is respectful to equipment and each other, and not pretentious like in so many gyms. The front desk staff and managers are very nice. However, seems to me that this gym is never cleaned! The locker rooms and bathrooms are nasty; hair, toilet paper, and dust all over. There is a spot in the ladies' changing room that has body powder on the floor and wall, and it's been there for at least two months. The bathrooms smell weirdly bad all the time.
