Bunch of racist people and very inefficient staff. No respect . Despite wishing them Good morning they don't wish you back. The lady in the ID check was nice , the receptionist and the person in counter 15 is horrible . Asked me to get a new token just coz I asked the question and made me stand in the line again. Avoid if you can

Very ineffecient staff. They made me to come over 3 times for some a different list of docs every time and made me move between the counter and ID check issuing a new token again only to make with wait for 2 more hours on top of 1.5 hour lost. Only government employees and DMV can get away with this. Such a horrible service. I even wonder if some one is responsible for reading the feedback and improving the service.

The BEST experience at a dmv!!! Everybody was polite and knowledgeable. I arrived like 1/2 early and they took me. I waited maybe 25 minutes. There was hardly anyone there maybe the time I went.

The best EXPERIENCE I had this time at Bayonne DMV . Such a lovely staff . Everyone is soo nice and quick . I reached bit late thinking that I have to reschedule but the lady in front desk took me in and quickly send me to verify my documents and every step was so quick at this place , I just love it . I went to at least 5 different dmv for my license renewal and this is the quickest and nicest staff I came across . I never thought I will give a review to DMV but after coming out I was soo relaxed and couldn’t wait to appreciate . So here is my review . I visited this place two years ago and had bad experience so I was worried but new staff just rocks . Love you guys and thank you for the great service . Keep up the good work .
