Pros: Staff were really nice. Incredibly helpful and great with suggestions. Close to public transport and NYC Showers were a good size and had good water pressure. Cons: It's a parking lot. Tight spaces. No room to relax outside, but some managed anyways. On Saturday nights the restaurant on site turns into a nightclub with loud thumping bass until midnight. Could not sleep. Shower water was very hot. The largest stall only had one water control instead of separate for hot and cold. The water was either COLD or SCALDING. I always used a smaller shower for that reason. Not as nice, but I got to keep my skin.

This is basically just a parking area near the marina. It is pretty expensive but you are really close to New York. It is also close to several methods of transportation to get around. The people here were really friendly and very helpful. The park was pretty clean although there were lots of weeds on the sites. Sites are very tight, probably some of the smallest ones we have been in. There was only about 5 feet between our slides and the neighbor and you could not put out awnings. Vehicle parking was very tight as well. Sites are mostly gravel but it is thin in spots so it was a little muddy. Hookups were convenient but there was only water and electric. There is a dump station but it is in a corner so it could be a little tough to access. AT&T and Verizon were ok but not as good as you would expect given the location near town. You do have to go through a small downtown area to get to the park and the streets are narrow so you have to really watch what you are doing. It felt safe at the park and there is also a security guard that watches over things making it even better. We just stayed one night but this could be a good home base while visiting New York.

A great spot to park and check out New York and Jersey. So close and the ferry ⛴ right there. I felt safe there and was able to stay away from the New York’s terrible roads!! A bit pricey but not as bad as San Francisco!! The 2 maned security booths gave me a lot of comfort. As a single woman travelling with my girls. I will stay again when back in that area! They had gravel sites and no sewer but they had a dump station. So if you are planning a long term visit, I recommend a hunny pot.

Loved the ladies who check us in. They took very good care of us. Hands down we will come back. Not like a normal grassy camp ground. For being close to new york it's perfect. Plus HUGE PLUS THE SHOWER HOUSE BATHROOMS & Laundry room is very clean the bleach and scrub they Daily
