This Chipotle is the worst! The staff are either incompetent or stingy with the portions! There’s ALWAYS something wrong! This time, they didn’t even give a full portion of protein!

The attitude of the staff leaves much to be desired. I just popped in and popped back out. I stopped eating in these shops because just around the out break of the virus after having a meal at the 14 Union square shop and the Nostrand Avenue shop my face began to break out in huge bumps. That for me is usually a sign that they were using poor oil (that is, overnight oil or stale oil), or the chicken was stale/fried.

I placed my order at 241st in the Bronx at 6:50 to have my order ready @ 8:30 at this location so I can eat during my lunch hour from 8:30 to 9:20. Instead of just picking up my food and leaving I ended up WAITING a additional 25 mins. Not only that they got my order wrong they isn’t even any chicken in my meal. ABSOLUTELY no excuse for this type of service. I NEVER had to wait this long for food regardless of what’s happening behind the counter. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

They have a management problem. They don’t use digital order pick-up stand to give customers hard time 🤷‍♂️ very unprofessional, foods r becoming cold why they can’t hand off ready foods ! Note: 10 personal works , pretty enough number to be quicker . +Not: NO PARKING.
