Amazing Smoke Shop, Had everything you could possibly think of buying in there. Prices are very fair, and was even giving a 10% discount by the owner as a thanks for supporting his business and the local community. Tell you what, This business has gained my loyalty and friendship, which has made me become a fan and now a loyal and regular customer. Some of the nicest and helpful people I've had the pleasure of doing business with. I visited the store for the first time today and will be bringing my business to them from here on out. They are very well stocked with coils and such. The business is a bit hard to find it's a shop front just a stone's throw away from the rt 11 Walmart. Go on in and check them out I can't recommend them enough. Thanks for the great conversation and help with everything.

Very nice knowledgeable staff with good prices. But it takes weeks sometimes months to restock popular juices. Starting going to other shops cause they have what I want 100% of the time

Hands down, Best Vape Shop around the Syracuse area! Walt from Clouds Over Cicero went out of his way to help me get the vape and coils I love in stock and when I lost my transportation, made arrangements for me to get them right away. I would pass 5 other vape shops to go to clouds and I'm glad I did. Will be sticking with Clouds Over via mail order for future orders till I get back on the road!
