I recently purchased a pool for the 1st time but received the wrong pool, only have of the supplies I needed and absolutely no guidance from the company I had purchased from. I came to Bemister Pool & Patio not knowing anything about Pools and looking for help. This team knew it all! I was grateful to have been helped by Kim. She was friendly, knowledgeable and took her time explaining everything from A-Z. She was able to provide everything that I needed and helped me understand the process completely. If you want a pool company who cares about you and making sure your needs are met not just about selling you stuff then I highly recommend coming here over other pool companies in the area (I won’t name names)

Excellent customer service! As a new pool owner, they are very helpful and patient as they explain everything in a manner which is easy to understand. When we needed help balancing the pool, they were able to help us get it right. I highly recommend Bemister’s!

Do not use the pool installation folks they recommend, Ken/Kenny. Installed the pool and within months we had a hole in our liner. In less than a year we had a friends pool installer come and as we speak, he is changing the liner and the “gorilla pad” that we bought was not under the pool instead it was some type of ‘wall foam’. So in addition to needing a new liner that wasn’t the cheap liner we were sold, we had to run out and buy a gorilla pad to have the right pad under the pool. Basically the installation was not done well (other things off as well) and the liner sold in the pool package was junk. We basically had to empty pool and reinstall it the right way and with a better liner and the right pad under the pool….one that isn’t only good for a year at best. Be fine if we were told that and had the option to buy another one but were told it was a good one. In short, we are essentially paying for a new install so trust me….find another reputable installer! Never write reviews but Hope this helps others avoid having to pay for 2 installs in a year.
