We were underwhelmed with our first experience. They required a dog flu vaccine, which makes sense, but if you use their vet for the vaccine you have to pay for the shot and a new patient check up, which added about $120 to our one night stay. After we dropped him off, we called a few times to see how the check up went and how he was doing for the first time being boarded and no one answered. We were also left on hold for so long that we just hung up. When we picked up our dog, no one could tell us how he did and finally one a trainer said “he did fine.” They are an ok facility, but seemed disorganized. We expected better for the price.

Love this "hotel" for my dog. They are absolutely wonderful. Mitzi just loves it there. The entire staff is loving, caring reliable and responsible. Beautiful grounds for the animals to play in. They even have a pool. All play is supervised. Pictures of your dog is posted daily Special shout out to Christine Rosa and Kim. Told my husband he can send me there for day camp. Lol
