We recently visited this Red Robin and had a good experience with both the service and food. We ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and the bacon cheeseburger with bottomless fries. What makes the burger so good is the fresh burger buns with crispy bacon and a very good patty. Adding the Red Robin special spice just tops this burger off to very very good. The fries are excellent too especially with the spice. I like how our waitress did ask us if we wanted more fries to remind us of the free refills. The strawberry lemonade is very good too. Overall a good experience with good food and service.

I'll try to be as fair as possible. The food met our expectation but every other aspect of the experience left a little to be desired. We were seated in a packed area while most of the restaurant remained empty. It took a seemingly long time for my wife to receive her soft-drink. My alcoholic beverage came significantly faster. There seemed to be an appropriate amount of staff within the restaurant but I couldn't gauge their efficiency. When our food did arrive, we both received about 10 steak fries. We asked for a refill and were brought two loaded baskets after we finished our meal. Lastly, although they appear to accept payment options, the "preferred" way to pay seemed to be with a card at the table kiosk. Again, the staff weren't miserable, just disengaged. The food was decent.

The burgers and sides were great... The beer was superb... But the service was what really shone. The attention and prompt delivery was amazing. Absolutely loved it. The only thing that is disingenuous is the "monster" burger... It's tasty and all ... But it's just a regular sized burger... Not much monstrous to it... At least, not compared to any I've had before... Though I've had one that was 8 meals! The mad love burger however was sublime!
