My husband and I went to celebrate tonight so we chose Applebees. We walked in stood for over 10 minutes wasn’t even acknowledged. The wait staff and bartender even the manager seen us but looked right at us but ignored us. Well we still waited so we could try to celebrate. But after we over heard some boys say they waited for 45 minutes and still wasn’t seated my husband said enough is enough and we also left. Most of the tables were all dirty no one was cleaning them just taking care of who was sitting there and then disappearing. Was not happy with them at all. Someone needs to do something there. And soon.

On my visit the service was slow. Our food was cold and my burger rehmake took >25 min; everyone else was done with their food. Our server was nice & apologetic. I wasn't impressed but I guess with being understaffed what can you expect?

Went tonight, the food was good but service not the greatest. Wife ordered a salad and the wanton tacos as her meal. Asked to bring salad first then meal with my meal. After my wife put the dressing on her salad, here comes our meal. No time to eat her salad. As I said before, the food was good. Waitress asked if I wanted another drink and I said yes. Never did see it but it was on the bill. At least it was a free refill. The Waitress was nice, polite and friendly. Smiled a lot. Overall very pleasant but not a very good Waitress.

All the staff were super friendly. The steak was good but the vegetables that came with it could be more flavorful. The mashed potatoes helped make up for it though. There was an issue with the checks getting mixed up but they sorted it out fast and were able to explain everything. I'd say 3 stars is a proper rating because while there is still room for improvement they did their job well and made our visit pleasant
