My 4 kids and I had a great time at Fuller Lake. It was even better than I expected. The sand is so white and fine, it didn't get too hot on our feet in 90 degree weather. The water temperature was cold, but refreshing rather than freezing. The beach area is not that large, so while there was enough space for us on a Thursday, it would be very full on the weekends. Be aware that parents are required to be in the water with their children if the kids are under 10. There is plenty of shallow water (<3ft) for the littles to play, which was great for my 6 and 2 year olds!

A gorgeous lake in the fall. Some nice trails around to do some hiking as well.
