I appreciate the promptness offered by Orkin, however, it felt unprofessional starting with my initial contact with the company. The person on the phone was not the most polite, things were not explained well, and they seemed either rushed or annoyed by my call. The person who came to my home did not tell me they were putting out glue traps or where; as soon as they left, my cat got one stuck to her. I didn’t get any instructions at the time, only a follow up work order email after some time had passed which contained post application instructions. Overall, it was not a great experience and I plan to shop around for upcoming treatments.

Rick did an awesome job. He was very knowledgeable and came prepared for my problem. By the time I arrived, he was done with the perimeter of the house and had a full report. We went inside for the rest of the treatment. He asked very thorough questions, covered all the bases, and made sure I didn’t have any other concerns. He was very friendly and kind. It was great to meet Rick and he did a fantastic job.

Very professional. He made sure we knew where they could be entering our home and why they would come in. He made sure everything he used was safe around the children and all pets. I'm very happy with the service he provided! 10/10 recommend!
