In my experience of this place I’ve been here less than a year and I’ve had to make multiple complaints about a tenant above me who crashed into my car called the police on me and ever since has been harassing my family have wrote multiple emails to the office and nothings been done besides telling us if we want to break the lease there will be no penalty so if you’re thinking about moving here I would look elsewhere

Been in contact with them for almost two weeks getting everything I need ready to go so I could put a deposit down to put me on a waitlist... called to get their hours so I could go in and finish things up and the office manager was so rude, telling me she had no clue what I was talking about and went as far as telling me that I called the wrong place! She was absolutely awful to talk to, rude from the minute she answered the phone. Come to find out, all the other times I had either gone there or talked on the phone with someone, I was talking to a regional manager... who apparently was telling me all wrong information. You would think the regional manager would be able to give me correct information. I definitely will not be trying to get an apartment here anymore.
