Seriously?? I ordered popcorn shimp and ALL I got was like not even a handful of food? I called and a MANAGER basically said; I don't know what to tell you? I order at least 3 times a week and you treat me like this?? WoW... un real. I tip at least $5 or more to UBER. NEVER AGAIN

Let me start by saying the food was fresh, hot and delicious. The employees were friendly and helpful, and polite. The reason for the three-star rating is the pricing, which I can only describe as misleading. I went there with forty dollars in cash, to buy a ten-piece dinner I saw online for $19.99. For some reason that was never explained to me, I was charged $28.99. The "special" was to include two large sides. I ordered the mashed potatoes and the macaroni and cheese, only to find out that I was charged $1 extra because the macaroni was considered a "premium" side item. Lastly, I ordered two large soft drinks, fully expecting to pay the $1 to $1.50 that fast food chains usually charge because a soft drink is a low-cost, high profit item ( I know this from experience, as I worked in foodservice for nearly three decades). I was charged three dollars per drink, and my order total was over forty-one dollars. I had to use a credit card to pay the difference. I realize that many would say I should simply have left. If I had been buying this food for myself, I would have done exactly that, but I was buying for my 73 year old mother who has been ill, and I wasn't going to make her life any more difficult.

This Popeyes need to be closed! The customer service is terrible there! The shift leader put me out and called police, because I asked for a refund of $55.78 because I’d waited over 30 minutes for my food. She is very unprofessional she kept saying to me and my husband “ I bet you won’t get your money back” while being aggressive. I hope something is done because if she’s leading a team that way it’s sad and makes Popeyes look bad!

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and fish sandwich both chicken sandwiches where smashed and had a big hole smashed by whoever made the order. Called and they said bring the food back when I explained I had a 30 minute lunch and didn't have time they said there was nothing they could do. Never going back 20+ bucks on food that ended up in the trash can.

That is normal. Make sure your car has a tank full of gas and you previously ate a big breakfast because you are going to be in line 8-12 hours. You might want to call your job and tell them you are going to be late the next day because you are in Popeyes drive thru. I hope you get your order soon.
