I went there last week and placed a curbside order and upon my arrival, their computer system went down state wide and I was told I couldn't get my order but to hang out a few and see if the system came back up... Well it didn't and they said everyone was leaving (they did offer a few suggestions on other places) and they were sorry for the inconvenience!! I sat there for a few minutes looking at other options and then another team member came out and talked to me (had glasses on and was short and thin build, manager perhaps?) and took my number and said she would call as soon as the system came up if it did, and I could come back and she would take care of me (it was my first time there) for the inconvenience... So I left and went down the road to another dispensary and while I was waiting I received a phone call from her telling me the good news that the system was back up and running and I could come back and get my order!! Now here's the kicker of it all.. and this is why I gave them five stars.. When I got back they told me that the stuff I had ordered online was out of stock but they would replace everything that I got with better quality products!! After everything that went down they went above and beyond to take care of me as a first-time customer and I will definitely be back time and time again!! Y'all definitely earned a customer for life!! P.S. There were 2 ladies that helped me that day but i only have the name of one of them and unfortunately I don't know which one is which😫 but one of them was Alexa, but . Want to thank both of them for the awesome service and especially the kindness and compassion the young lady with the glasses showed me... She was Amazing!! 1Love, Kevin!!

I come here weekly and I really love the products. Every other time I come here though, I get a puck of wax that is completely dumped and absorbed into the lid. I’ve said something before but all they can tell me is to make sure the person bagging puts it in upright. Well she did and I’m assuming this one was upside down on the shelf because there is absolutely no sauce to my diamonds and sauce. Again, great products but watch the stuff that’s sealed that you cannot open.

I love this place! Not only have I been a customer for a while now, I just recently started working here too and I think it’s not only a good place to work, but it’s also an amazing place to shop! Even before me, all the employees were so friendly! They made us return all this time, and ultimately why I wanted to work here!! 5 stars, definitely recommend!!!
