Entering the lobby I was pleasantly surprised how clean & inviting it was. The check-in was fast & efficient as well. I was called in quickly & the routine was as expected. In no time Mark arrived & listened attentively to why I was there, with no interruptions, so I didn’t feel rushed or on a “timer”. He realized I needed a special antibiotic & took the time to research, take a blood sample & weigh me before calling in a prescription. Everyone was pleasant, polite & efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend your care!

I had to go in for an IV COVID treatment which means I was there for 1.5 hours between the IV and watch time after. The nurse I had was bubbly and super sweet. She would check in (like she was supposed to) but she was attentive and made me feel comfortable and not an inconvenience. Medical places are short staffed and overworked and often forget that the people they are helping need a happy face just to feel better. It was a breath of fresh air to have that while feeling awful and just trying to get through the treatment. Thank you!

After burying a fish hook into my thumb, convenient Cares staff was quick to remove the hook. The doctor was gentile and considerate of my pain level and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Prior to pushing the hook through she double checked by probing the area and asking if I was certain the area was numb. And as quick as it was checking in, I was released with a tetanus shot, antibiotics and a clean and dressed wound. I was also pleasantly pleased with a follow up asking if my care was satisfactory. I would recommend convenient care to friends and family. Thank you for your considerations and professionalism.

I checked in on line. When I got there I checked right in at the front desk to let them know I arrived and before I could sit down I was called in. All the staff from check in to the provider Jillian Hickey that I interacted with were awesome. Jillian’s examination for my issue and her treatment plan made me very comfortable. The facility is very clean which I always make sure to check when I go to any medical facility as I have seen many over the years that were dirty. I will send family and friends here and return myself should they need arise without hesitation.

Hi Carol, unfortunately we do not offer the shingles vaccine.
Hi Brenda, we offer rapid tests specifically for patients actively experiencing coronavirus symptoms for 5 days or less. All other patients are offered a PCR test.
