Dryer was not spinning, they came out to replace the rollers which they did and I had power to the entire dryer at the time we called them. Once they were done installing the rollers and they said they were going to come back out and put in another part. The dryer now has zero power he fried some thing on a board to the dryerNow the dryer is Completely shot it has to be replaced. Not only did They take our money they broke our dryer as well. Refused to come back out to look at it, and refused to give us a refund!!! Stay far far away from this company! They will take your $$ and Run

I recently used Mr. Rogers Appliance repair for a rental property. My washer's agitator was broken. I left a message after-hours on a Friday and was happy to have my call returned early Saturday morning. They came out before noon that same day and were able to fix the problem on the spot. They provided quick, courteous service at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an appliance repaired.

My Property Management company has been working with Mr. Rogers Used Appliances for about six months now, and we couldn't be happier! They always provide a fast and courteous experience, and we have never had any complaints from our tenants on anything we have ever ordered. They also have a six month warranty on all of their appliances, and that is very hard to find with a used appliance company. Our experience with them has been outstanding and I highly recommend them!

What a great experience!!! Each time I dealt with Mr Rogers I was blown away by his attention to his client's needs and the extend he wants to make sure your issue is solved first. When I needed extra hose or cable, he said "no problem, we can do it". When I needed separate delivery, he said "no problem, we will get it to you." Then he gives you extra warranty on used appliances? Why would you go anywhere else? Last, good people run with good people and Mr Rogers has plenty good people working with him, like Mr Raul, the man who brought my appliances. What a great experience..I sure plan to go back!!
