My first contact with the practice was to schedule an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call-back to let me know an earlier appointment was available due to a cancellation. Upon arrival, I was impressed with the large aquariums in the office lobby. After a brief wait, I was greeted by a nurse practioner who discussed my diagnosis and explained treatment options. She answered most of questions before I even answered them! I came away from the appointment with a feeling of confidence they the staff at Bowman Institute was concerned about me and able to provided needed care.

The Bowman Institute has a consistently high level of professionalism, skill and training of it's staff, led by Dr. Paul Bowman. Everyone the patient is in contact with during a visit, in addition to the evident skills, is very personable and friendly. This means a lot to someone who is being treated for some form of skin cancer and may be understandably anxious at the time. I definitely recommend Dr Bowman and his staff for anyone in need of that treatment.

My second time going to institute and I cannot say enough good things about the staff and physician. As before, results were superb. Cannot even see the scar. Everyone from receptionist to practitioner and nurses so helpful and explained every step. I go home to Michigan in the summer but if I need this type of surgery , I would fly back. Best medical/surgical practice I have ever encountered. Marsha Frain
