Not a single person in kitchen and bath design when my husband and I arrived. We went there to purchase a bathroom vanity and medicine cabinet. Woman was so rude! Couldn’t even give us 10 min of time. Had photos, measurements in hand and even the cabinet sample we wanted. She told us they don’t carry that line and it’s listed on their website. I got the “I’ve been here a long time” line. We said we could go with another cabinet line but wanted something similar. She was very short and curt. No reason for the attitude at all. See you later. Taking our business elsewhere and I would recommend anyone reading this to do the same. Unprofessional!

After a horrible experience with an online order for a bathroom vanity which never came I called Norfolk who told me they had some in stock at their Mattapan location.Rick who I dealt with was awesome as he helped us find the vanity we liked. It was Saturday and their warehouse in Braintree was closed which is where sink top was. Knowing I was eager to get the the unit installed that day Rick drove to Braintree and got us the sink! My only regret with our bathroom project was that we didn't go to Norfolk in the beginning. I would highly recommend them, they have everything you need for any bath or kitchen remodel in any price range and their customer service is top notch.
