Service/repairs: I gave 3 stars because of how long it took to complete repairs as a result of a hit & run accident (almost 7 months AFTER receiving approval for the repairs from the insurance company-9 months total) also....we had a really hard time getting our calls returned after leaving msgs. The repairs were phenomenal. Haven't used it yet, but the repair job looks perfect. Thank you to the hard working repairmen who not only made it look brand new, but cleaned up after themselves, leaving our camper the same way we left it. Purchase: My husband only had Sundays off from work, salesman made appt to meet on his day off just to accommodate us. Very nice, super helpful. After 3 years of looking, we purchased a gently used, clean, very well maintained camper. It was the most pleasant RV dealer I've ever been to. He unlocked the unit & left us to look. We met him back in the showroom when we finished & started our paperwork. About 4 weeks later, we picked up our camper & immediately took it to a local campground 5 miles away. No problems whatsoever. Addressed all our concerns & fixed all our issues before leaving the lot. A+ experience. Thank you Wilkins ! 🥰 Gave extra 2 stars for salesman experience= 5 total

Sales experience was amazing. They did all they could to get us into a beautiful unit. Only complaint is the amount of warranty repairs the "very high end" unit needed right off the showroom floor. Wilkins clearly has no control over that and has been very good about getting everything fixed. Almost a year now and still working on completion of everything. Service has been as good as the manufacturer will allow. I guess my dissatisfaction lies with the manufacturer and not the dealer. My complaints to them however, get directed to the dealer.

The worst experience EVER. Had an appointment for pick up waited for HOURS. Financing was a whole other fiasco. Hot water tank went after 1 month and I was in the south I had to buy the part and repair it myself. 1 of the jacks totally bent and un-usable had to replace that on day 1. I would never recommend Wilkins in Churchville to anyone.

Just purchased our first travel trailer from Wilkins RV at the Churchville location! The whole process was smooth. The entire staff was amazing. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. They really pay attention to all details and never make you feel rushed or wrong for asking questions! Especially love that they have you come in for a demo of your trailer. This is amazing for first time RVers! Fabulous experience from the time we walked in to the time we walked out! Would highly recommend and look forward to future interactions with this company!
