My husband I were very impressed with the Pony Express team. All emails were answered promptly and all arrangements went smoothly. Also, there were no hidden surprises with the cost of the move. Rawn, Rob and Zach did an excellent job from start to finish. They moved all our possessions with care, and were extremely organized in they loading and unloading of the truck. The team not only did a great job, but it also was a pleasure to work with them. They were friendly and fun to be around. We highly recommend Pony Express and would definitely use them again.

Fabulous moving company! I cannot say enough good things about our move from Somerville to Burlington VT. The three person crew were hard working and very professional. They shrink wrapped everything, work fast, and even advised us about where to put things. Chris in particular was amazing. He was so personal and is the reason I chose Pony Express since I saw his shirt a month ago moving another person in our condo building. He remembered me and immediately made that connection. There was an accident dropping a piece of furniture and they are finding someone to repair this. We moved another time a year ago, and Pony Express is so much better than this other company. I would always recommend Pony Express to others.

Lou, Craig, and Bobby were the absolute best! Not only were they so accurate in their estimate and efficient in their work that we finished right as anticipated, but they took exacting care in providing additional boxes and wrap to protect large fragile items. These guys were so empathetic and thoughtful. We moving into an in-process renovation and they rolled with the flow and even let us keep all our furniture wrapped in travel blankets to protect from damage during our renovation. We no doubt will rehire Pony Express and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of moving in Boston. They made the day a breeze and afforded us plenty of time to get other move related work done that day to make the most of our time away from work.

The moving service provided by Pony Express was fantastic. Both movers were very capable and nice people. They certainly knew what they were doing and went above and beyond to secure and protect our large and fragile pieces of furniture. I enjoyed working alongside them very much. The only thing I would critique is the paid commuting time to and from JP/Beacon Hill (45 minutes each way / 1.5 hours total) as well as the time between moving locations (25 minutes for <1 mile) was a bit excessive - although I didn't push back on this at the time of payment because they did such a great job. I would highly recommend Pony Express to my friends and family, especially with the $120 for $240 Amazon Local deal.
