Rodgers Mobile Homes Park

I have lived here for 6 years. First time living in a mobile home so I can't compare this park against any others. Pros - roads are plowed during the winter for the most part and the park is quiet. Cons - water is shut off quite frequently and they never notify residents. The park I'm in is fairly near the dump so you can smell that. This isn't Rodger's fault and I didn't notice it when I was viewing the property. Lots of rules for the park and their maintenance person drives around daily.

I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to The Rodgers Co. for the pleasant stay we've had in our house, with the beautiful property we rented from you. It has been a great twenty-five years, and it is so sad to have to leave. All grounds are kept up well, Very Neat & Clean. I have lived here for almost 28 years and have no complaints, this is the most quaint neighborhood around! Peter is a sweetheart and Maria who works in the office is very pleasant everytime I call or stop in the office.

I've read a lot of bad reviews about this park and just can't understand it. I've lived here for 15 years and my wife has lived here for 27. This is the only place we will ever call home. It's a joy raising our kids here, this is a family friendly wonderful place to live. Our neighbors are wonderful. We are very close to shopping, And only a 1/2 a mile walk to the kids elementary school.
