TJ was terrific and helped me get comfortable in my new boots. Location is awesome for making gear adjustments, trying it out on the slope, then giving feedback. TJ was knowledgeable and kind and got my boots to fit amazing. Great vibe in the shop. Would recommend anyone and everyone to check them out if you need some adjustments.

Wow! Marcelo should give the customer service training at Stratton. He went above and beyond for my father and I. His customer service skills made the difference between an ok trip and an excellent trip. The weather was terrible. (rain) but he took the time to get our rental skis waxed, gave us great advice and had an awesome personality. He is the definition of the Stratton experience. We came from Florida so we were committed but he made all the difference.
