This place was great. Quiet, peaceful and aesthetically appealing. And the staff were so very kind and polite. They even gave me a good deal on a room.

BED BUGS!!!!!! Bites started showing up on my 4 year old a couple days after we arrived. The next day I saw a bed bug crawling across the bed. The staff is nice and the rooms are affordable at the weekly rate, but none of that matters when it's not safe and clean for my son. I was ok looking past the dirty room bc I have reasonable expectations, I know you get what you pay for and this is one of the cheapest places in town. I planned to do a thorough cleaning when I arrived, which I did. When mopping the door, the water I washed out of the mop was almost black. I tried wiping the lampshades clean but they were too dirty, I had to take them off and wash them in the bathtub. I had to prop something in front of the fridge to keep it closed bc the seal was broken. I dont usually write reviews but I don't want anyone else to have to experience the bed bugs.

Clean unit that I'm in. Little trouble with the wifi but reset my device and fine now. Cheapest in town for weekly rates so god bless them cause of not for them if be sleeping on the street cause I couldn't afford any other motel or hotel. And I make to much for state help on a room.

Please do not stay here. The motel is used as a homeless shelter by the state. When we arrived, it was a cheap alternative to other hotels that were in the 250 dollar range per night. When we arrived to this non smoking hotel, our room reaked of cigarettes and other odors. WE quickly went and asked for another room. The lady at the desk apologized and took us to the room over. The next room smelled great, no issues until i went to the bathroom. There were puddles of urine on the ground, and yellow toenail clippings littering the floors and tub. Gross. I went back downstairs frustrated that the second room was dirty. The lady at the desk told me that they had been having problems with the cleaning staff. It was unacceptable and i couldnt get a refund because i booked through a third party. We tried getting another hotel for 2 hours, but failed because by that time everything was booked up for the friday. I am pleading with you not to go here. It is unsafe and unsanitary.
