This is a busy Starbucks but they are very kind and polite. They always keep the lines moving and always very helpful in the drive through.

I have had multiple issues with mobile orders at this location and usually it turns out OK but I couldn't look past what happened today (2/28/2022). I always order around 3:00pm and my boyfriend picks it up for me around 3:45pm-4:00pm after he gets off work. He was accused of trying to con Starbucks and get a drink that he did not order (according to the young woman working). He had screenshots of my order and receipt. I understand mistakes happen and it is not the baristas fault if someone else took the drink that I ordered but to falsely accuse someone who is a loyal customer seems wrong/unfair? I just wish the barista working would have been slightly more mindful.

Just had coffee at drive thru and to go inside. Coffee made ok. Not as good as as home. Better than gas station but a little bitter. Expensive of course. Everything thing is getting more so. Watch out for in and out traffic in parking lot. What were they thinking with that plan? Ok if you like Starbucks.

I spilled my latte due to my dumb mistake. Meant to order another one, instead staffs there offered me free latte. So here is 5 stars for generous and kind staffs there.
