This place is awesome. The people are extremely knowledgeable , personal, friendly & professional. I had 1 issue with my boat & broke down as a fault of a bad fuel valve. One call the schroon lake marina & they came to get me & I was an hour & a half away. They came like fireman Professionally & assured me they would take care of me & my boat. Well they did !! One day it was solved & they delivered it back to me along with doing many extra things like doing the first maintenance on it at no charge. I had a fee minor things they also did at no charge. From Jake who came to pick up my boat to Craig who took my distress call the girl who promptly answered my call & relayed me to someone that would expedite my issue to the service dept that did everything to make me happy & get my boat back. What an amazing experience. They men & women are absolutely wonderful. I will never go anywhere else to purchase a boat or get any boating needs . I traveled passed many marinas to buy a boat because I heard so many great things about this place & boy I couldn't be happier with my decision. Alot of people want to buy close to home but trust me when I tell u this place is worth the trip. Their as close as your phone & they will be their 4 u like a firefighter.
