The UPS Store 4517 in Lititz is the best, staff are always pleasant & helpful. Special kudos to Joyce Jordan for supporting Project Linus in our shipment of 25 blankets to the children in Uvalde, TX. Joyce donated the packaging material, which is greatly appreciated by us as a local non-profit. Thank you Joyce!!

Tried calling to find out if they had a certain size box available and Nobody would pick up the phone. It would ring multiple times and then it would say “caller busy” and give me option to call back or hang up. Guess they do not want my business.

Manager in there made me wait out in server weather with a package over a 5 people limit. I have health issues and server arthritis and shouldn't be out in weather cause it causes me pain. Of course the service was slow and 4 of us had to stand outside definitely will be going usps for service is better and they are friendly. They knew what they were doing and was told "i will wait in the rain". This was for a pre paid package als.

Nice staff and generally good customer service at this location; but very poor at communicating when the store is closed due to weather, which is unacceptable when it's the only local option. I had an urgent shipping need that coincided with snowy weather, so I checked online (both Google AND UPS.com) and called the store, and neither option indicated that the store had decided to close due to weather. As such, I spent over 45 minutes driving in lousy weather to a closed-up store and then back home. Frustrating experience that could've easily been avoided.
