Never going here again. Manager sucks. Food is always wrong. I feel terrible for the kids running register. Had an incident months ago and lost out on nearly $30 in food. Manager wouldn’t do anything about it. Today, I Almost told the girl(cashier) to go get a different job. Nothing has changed. Go to any other BK but this one! 👎🏽

My GF and I picked up breakfast and when we got home we found a mistake had been made in the type of sandwiches we wanted. Honestly since the pandemic we have had a declining experience when it comes to customer service. We called and Raven picked up and not only remembered our order but was able to confirm the mixup AND replace the sandwiches at no inconvenience to us. Things are finally looking up for the food service industry.

Waited 40 minutes for $20 in food, my rodeo burgers were on whopper buns. Employees were on their phones, everyone moved at a snail's pace and my fresh fries were cold.Most of my wait was for a 4 piece jalapeno bite.

My son will only eat the chicken fries from Burger King , 8/10 times we have received over cooked or just down right old chicken fries. I recommend passing this place bye and going across the bridge to McDonald’s. I have gone back and had them replaced, but it happens to often.
