I switched my mom and myself to Dr.Jupin i could not ask for a better doctor. Dr.Jupin is so kind and caring. She doesn't rush like other doctors and she listsens to what u have to say. I've been going here for quite a while and I've grown steadily more and more unhappy with them over time. The people working in the office are very curt, and sometimes talk down to people. It often takes them quite a while to get a prescription called in. As far as the doctors go, I typically see a nurse practitioner. Last one or two times I was in there she acted like I was somehow inconveniencing her by coming in. She rushed right through my appointment, hardly paid any attention to what she was doing and couldn't seem to stop yawning.

My nurse practitioner practices out of here. She is kind and compassionate and went above and beyond when I went in for weird symptoms a while ago. Called me at 8pm when my test results came in. The facility itself has it's own testing facility with just a few limitations - don't need to go into RRMC for everything. I have only met people there who help it run like clockwork. Bit of a rat's maze though.
