The city of Buffalo does not have good pizza. Places out here cheese it up and sauce it up way too much. It’s all about the right ratios not just being extreme with it. I’m a light sauce light cheese kind of guy. The superior form of pizza. The perfect ratios of sauce to cheese to bread to toppings. Though no matter what your ideal pie is you can make it here the way you like it. That’s what makes blaze pizza the best pizza spot in Buffalo hands down.

Pizza made right in front of you with a very professional and courteous staff. Everything tasted so cheesy and it just blew my mind that their original crust which is a very thin layer of dough could taste so delicious. I definitely wasn’t expecting the flavors to really fill your mouth. This is good food for any time of the day or night!
