I have a 1998 Seadoo gsx limited 951 jetski, well I was working on the carburetors I noticed I had two rubber O rings, one missing and one broke. So I stopped at the Seadoo dealer and to my surprise the part was discontinued. So the gentleman said try a hardware store, well I was in the falls I’ll try Home Depot, they had nothing close. So I was like let’s try Ace Hardware on Grand Island, would you believe they had the exact part. I was shocked, 2 rubber O rings. This by far has to be one of the best hardware stores around. Even when I was doing my lift on my Jeep and I needed bolts they had what I needed to get it done. Thank you

Online listed they had the grill we looking for. Cashier told us, there's all the grills right there, and pointed. She was a miserable lady who we had no desire to interact with further. We found what we were looking for at another store.

I never picked up my online order but it was marked as picked up. When I went to the store, the young lady manager "Mia" was rude with me and said there is nothing she can do and asked me to come/call another day to talk to different manager to get refund. After few mins, I called customer care and they phoned-in to store and got me the refund processed immediately. The manager Mia was NOT honest and didn't want to respect neither help customer. I am surprised how come she is given such a position. Also this store doesn't seems to be genuine with customers, they can't mark in system that order is picked up when it wasn't. Manager didn't even apologize for this. Based on my experience during multiple visits to this store, I noticed that the people work in this store has problem with colored people.
