My review was deleted and my “profile” was red flagged with CSL after I reported waiting for over 4 hours. Listen, there are many other donation centers with the same and even higher payouts. I just don’t understand how a review is deleted. Shame on you google. I do not recommend this facility.

I wish there was zero star review. This place is terrible. Very rude and mean. And always have an attitude. Also tell you a date you can donate then go on that date and say you can’t, happens every time. Don’t call you back about when you can donate next. And they hang up on you when your not able to donate. Takes forever to get a hold of the nurse. Poorly trained. 2 times I had to wait to donate longer because they took to much blood . I always have to get sticker with a needle multiple times and then sometimes it clots or they can’t get it. You would think they would be better trained. I never have an issue anywhere else. I’m done donating there and my husband has about had enough he’s gonna stop donating there. Connect life is definitely a lot better and friendly.
