Zuechs cleaned our two septic tanks and installed an 18 inch riser to bring septic cap closer to ground level. I originally requested a 24 inch riser and new cap, but when the technician arrived, he suggested an 18 inch riser and to use our original concrete cap, thus saving us $70! Awesome job! Our septic tank was fool to the point that water wasn't flashing properly in our bathrooms. Called them on Sunday. Had returned call from them in couple hours. I moved out to the sticks and some would say about 5 years ago. I bought a beautiful country home with a nice Pond some land just an absolutely fantastic place and everything was going really great until last Sunday. I came home from church and I went down to get some meat to thaw out of the freezer and noticed inches of water in our basement with toilet paper and feces floating around. Never having owned a septic before I assumed that it was full and backed up so called the only company that I knew of mind you this is on a Sunday. I knew they wouldn't be open and it wasn't expecting them to be but I wanted them to have a message from me so that they could try to help me as soon as Monday morning came not only did they contact me back on that Sunday it was only a few short minutes I talked to someone named Eric who was awesome and fit me in the next day even though they had a full day planned to have our tank pumped. So as you can imagine I was already grateful then I find out when they show up they thought there might be a second tank I had only uncovered the top of the one so the gentleman ended up snaking my line from the septic tank to the house and then trying to dig for the second tank. This is so far and above anything you would expect from even a good company I can't tell you how happy and pleased my life are I will never ever even consider another company when it comes to any of our septic system issues if I could give 10 Stars I would.
