I was visiting family this weekend and I know there was a lot of snow but I cannot believe how inconsiderate Altman was to all the people that live in this development. The parking lot was horrible! The maintenance team had to snowplow the sidewalks but no one did the parking lots from Saturday to Monday! They seem to be too cheap to pay someone to clean the lots but they have no problem collecting rent! They do not deserve the one star that I had to select to post this!!!!!

Denise called me this morning after I had left a message. I spoke to a very kind lady a few nights ago who said she would work with me. However, Denise was over the top rude. “Do you want my help or not?” Interrupting me while I’m talking. Telling me they don’t accept co-signers then when I tell her I’m a full-time student and prove her wrong dead silence. Wow, she needs a serious reprimand or to be let go. She is a horrible representative for their community.

I lived at the complex for 5 years, ending in 2018. When I first moved in, the place was quiet, clean, and the front office was friendly. As the years passed the service of the apartment community, general cleanliness, and responsiveness of the front office has drastically declined. Service orders are generally very slow to be taken care of, trash overflows from the dumpsters, and the gas bills generated from Multifamily Utility Company range in the $125-$200 range for a one bedroom apartment per month with your heat set at around 71 degrees. The only solution as told by the front office and utility company is to keep thermostats set at 60 degrees in the winter and spring. The residents have complained over and over again to management and management has told their tenants that they are not interested in switching companies. I really wish I had something positive to say about this complex but I am finally leaving this place feeling mentally exhausted and defeated. Living here will make you bankrupt, left cold during the winter, and in generally unsatisfactory conditions. My advice, if you can spend a little more per month... look elsewhere since you'll have to account for an extra couple hundred dollars due to the unrealistic cost for utilities, service charges, and generally the lack of comfort and aesthetics. Don't believe me? When you meet with the front office to sign your lease/learn about the property, ask them and any residents you see out and about.

I’ve had this issue. It was really bad last summer like I’m itching just thinking about it. I assume that it’s from people not cleaning up after their dogs. I used to think they were coming through the vents.

Hi, Rich! We do allow dogs in the community. There is a maximum of 2 pets per apartment, and we require a deposit of $250 per animal and charge $25 a month per pet. To check on breed restrictions, please give us a call at 856-783-9400.
Hello! We do have a month to month leasing option. You must sign a 6-month lease and after the 6-month lease is up you can begin a month to month lease. Please feel free to give the office a call if you have any further questions!
