Jefferson Village is a great place to live. Office staff is great, maintenance staff is great, rent is reasonable, the grounds and buildings are very well cared for. I highly recommend this apartment community. I have had a great experience at this community. I have been living here since March of 2016. This community is very well maintained. Office staff is great, maintenance staff is great, overall it's a great apartment community and my personal opinion probably the best and most affordable in Monroe Township.

Quiet, peaceful place to live. A little on the pricey side compared to other complexes in the area. Yes they can be strict on how they want things to be but after living in Laurelton Village for the last 3 years let me tell you a strict place is a million times better. I only wish I could rent there again I was a resident around 2005 2006 and my father was a resident for more then 20 years before he passed. I highly recommend Jefferson Village if you want to rent in Williamstown!

I move around a lot for work and have lived in a lot of apartment complexes. I've lived at Jefferson Village now for 2 years and it has been one of the better, if not best, experiences I have had out of 6 other apartments in the past 12 years. I hope to stay here long term. The community is quiet and the neighbors are really nice. Staff is quick to address anything. Price seems a little high for a one bedroom but to me it's worth it - I get peace of mind living here along with all the amenities and great service. I highly recommend if your looking for a nice place that won't break your bank but you will be comfortable.

Just renewed my lease here with my wife and son. I honestly don't know why there's bad reviews on here. Although the price might be a little high for what you get, I feel like this is a great place to live. Maybe I got lucky but I have great neighbors and the whole community is nice and quiet. We had some maintenence problems recently but maintenence is prompt and fix the issues right away. Don't have any complaints

Hello, yes we require a credit check. And the income requirement is 2.5 times the rent.
Hello Linda, yes at this time we do have a one bedroom on the first floor available but they are renting very fast. And yes we allow dogs for an additional $40 monthly pet fee. There are breed and weight restrictions. If you are interested, I highly recommend contacting the property directly and submitting an application.
