Very helpful! Not happy have to make an appointment but thats out of their control. When called, were extremely helpful. When stopped for paperwork, she was between appointments & helped me select the right forms so will be ready on our appointment day.

I just called the number got a recorded message You leave your number and they call yeah back I was just last week

All you can do is keep calling. If it is the first day they opened the lines up for appts after not taking them for a bit they will be swamped and Mondays are always a high call volume day. Last time I called I had to keep repeated hitting redial for about ten minutes before I got through.
