Placed the order for delivery through PizzaHut then delivery came through Door Dash. They forgot the garlic sauces. We tried to call the store, she put us on hold for 7 minutes. We called back, and a guy answered and said we've reached a call center and would try to connect to someone. Again on hold. You should bring able to speak with the store location,not going back here.

RATING SHOULD BE NEGATIVE!!!!! WHAT A JOKE. CLOSED ON FRIDAY NIGHT AT 8 pm. ONLY OPEN 4-8 ON SATURDAY??!? THEY DONT EVEN ANSWER THEIR OWN PHONE THEY USE AN OVER SEAS CALL CENTER, THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THEIR AMERICAN LOCATIONS. ABSOLUTLEY PATHETIC!! PIZZA HUT WILL JOIN BLOCKBUSTER AND BE LEFT BEHIND.

Horrible, horrible service at this Rowan College location in Glassboro. As I type this it's been OVER TWO HOURS since I placed the order! The text tracking said the driver was on his way, then there, then all of a sudden he was back "At Store". Insane! No call, no "I'm sorry" nothing. Get it together folks.
