If you need a place for a few nights, in this area, then go for it. I found the rooms clean and comfortable. It appears they updated recently although the design is still small. The rooms themselves were ample, but the toilet and shower were in a tiny room. The people were friendly. The internet was suitable for web browsing and email, but not much more. You also have to go to the lobby for a cup of coffee. But, like I said, if you are looking for a place to sleep and shower for a few days you can't go wrong.

4 stars is generous, I'd rather give 3.5, but I would say this location is aspiring to be 4 star quality. Obviously recently renovated, room was clean - sheets and bathroom always my biggest concerns - and modern; wi-fi, TV, fridge, microwave, blowdryer in room. Shower had good pressure, hot water, roomy. Coffee was available in the lobby in the morning, and an ice and soda machine were available in the breezeway. There are not many decent hotels in this area, so if you need somewhere to sleep and wash up in the morning, this is probably your best bet. That was my feeling before and after. Some things that turned me off were the faint smell of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room (dissipated by running the heat / AC); a cigarette burn hole in the middle sheet (found the culprit of the smell I guess); the light/vent in the bathroom was dim and dirty, and the drop-ceiling was a low-quality contrast to the otherwise nicely re-done bathroom; and if I'm really going to be picky, not having tissues in the room was a surprise, that's a common amenity.

For a 2 star hotel this place is as about as good as it gets. The room was clean, the bed and the pillows were comfortable and it’s in a good location in proximity to Hammonton wine country. It’s not the ritz but it’s great for the price point.

Don't expect much.Have low expectations when booking a room here. The photos belie the condition. Will meet expectations if all you need was a bed to sleep on for the night.
