Tried to call about my online order. No answer. I arrive 11:45pm on Friday night (6/17) and it looks like there’s only one guy there! No wonder. He’s super friendly and fixes what’s wrong. He was great. Very glad he was there. Pizza was good as always, im very pleased with the experience. Thank you sir

I was unexpectedly at the hospital all day, because my love had a Heart attack, so it was late when I ordered the pizza. The Uber got delayed, which made me late to pick up my order. The fellow called me to let me know that my order was ready, and I tearfully explained my situation. He was so kind, and even waited for me to pick up my order, even though it was after the restaurant closed. He was so kind, and my pizza was hot and delicious.

Placed my order at 9:24 pm and after the transaction went through it showed my delivery would be 11:24 pm. I called right away to cancel because a 2 hour delivery is ludacris and they didn't answer. I tried 3 times and no one picked up. I called their corporate number to cancel and request a refund and was told someone from upper management would call me within 1 to 3 business days. Meanwhile, I go to sleep only to be woken up at 11:30 by a text stating my order had been delivered! I obviously won't leave food on my step overnight so I brought it in-- the box was cold... not that I was going to eat it but I wonder how long it sat! This happened to me a couple of years ago and I forgot but it sure seems they can't get it right! At least give the option to cancel if you can't deliver in a reasonable about of time! Or post on your site that you can't deliver so people don't waste their time and money!

Anyone who ordered from Pizza Hut tonight, please have compassion. I ordered and waited two hours for delivery. I finally drove up in my Jammie’s and a woman who was the manager of Woodbury was called in and let me in while on the phone with corporate stressed. There are orders ready for delivery, the warming box full and one other employee there. I grabbed both her hands and told her to calm down and that she was doing the best she could. She made me a fresh order and I reassured her that everything was going to be okay and to take it one step at a time. Even though they pay a higher pay rate people walk out. Just be kind and understanding. 💜💜💜
