We had a snowstorm a few nights ago and they didn’t come around to shovel until after 2pm the next day (after half of the people shoveled their own sidewalks) and they never took care of the parking lot. When you call and ask about what’s being done about the ice and snow all you get is attitude from the office. I asked a maintenance man if they were going to salt the sidewalks and he said “jesus christ lady do u think i want to be doin this?” My car was just stuck on snow in the parking lot for 10 minutes.. and this is 4 days after the snow fell LOL they’re really on top of things huh?

the laundry facilities are dirty. The heat system, I’m not sure how they set it up but it seems to me that they only turn the heat system on during night time and off during daytime; since it’s my apartment is freezing during daytime even though we set the controller up to maximum which is 90 degrees, we only feel the hot air comes out at night. Or they might have the heat system on but set it too low during daytime? I don’t even know but that is terrible. I got sick 2 times so far, not because of the virus but since my body has been shaking due to the cold everyday. It might he cheaper here but you don’t deserve being freezing in your own apartment.

The apartments are falling apart. Many maintenances and repairs are needed to their units, but if you request a repair then it will be made at your own expense. They will either charge you a so called upgrade fee or force you to file an insurance claim. When you move out, regardless of how clean you leave the unit, they will access you a cleaning fee or access you some erroneous charges. In addition, they will not return your security deposit. They will do whatever they can to access you an up-charge because their units are in desperate need of repair and they are seeking to re-cop the money for their repairs from their tenants. Meanwhile treating their tenants with total disrespect and disdain while they are leasing their units. The staff members are rude (especially the building manager) disrespectful and dismissive. The units are drafty in the winter and lack ventilation.
