These 5 star reviews are all fake. There’s multiple reviews that claim the manager/owner Kevin tries to con people into leaving 5 star reviews in exchange for refunds/returns. Rather than getting employees who are knowledgeable or at least not disrespectful, ignorant, and rude his solution is to let them screw things up then bribe customers into leaving falsified reviews for solutions to problems with purchases. I went there for multiple visits each time being talked down to or being treated poorly in general. I’m out for about 200$ for devices that were sold to me USED (yes, with gross old/dried wax in it), old dried out papers, or defective devices. This place is terrible and any of the other vape shops in the area are better. Their staff in particularly the Blackwood location is horrific with knowledge and manners. Clementon is slightly less awful but, the difference in minuscule. They also sell licensed products NOT backed by the actual companies for instance their Puffcos. The companies will not help you or fix anything under the warranties given that this shop is NOT a licensed vendor. They are not even listed under the Better Business Bureau.

Purchased a cigarette rolling machine which broke within 2 weeks. Went to store to exchange and owner refused claiming they only do returns within 30 days? After my husband argued with her she said she would exchange the item but only if we left a positive review on google. Hope this makes ger happy

Went her the other day to grab some vapes. Lady was helpful, explained some differences in the products I was looking at. They have a good variety of what you would expect from a pipe shop. PS the lady working told me no photographs after a grabbed a couple. I find this weird I guess they are worried about competition. They ask for reviews (sticker on door) yet no photographs? If you offer great products and service you’ve got no reason to be afraid of competition. Plus it helps those putting up the review and also would showcase the products- extra advertising.
