I have been using Grande Paw for over 3 years. I have an only dog, that needs to be around other dogs without me there. Grande Paws is absolutely perfect for us. You know that your dog loves going when she pulls you trying to get through the door quicker. Sasha goes to doggie daycare a couple of times a week and loves it. I have also boarded her with Angel, never worried about her while she was there. Thank goodness that they offer bathing services, which is a blessing. I don't always have time to give her weekly bath and this certainly helps me out especially during winter months. I highly recommend Grande Paw for any of their services.

Taken our dog there 4 times for care while we went on vacation. Cost is not bad, but everytime we have a appointment time to drop off or pickup we get a message from the owner that we can pick our dog up earlier if we want to. Seems to be the owners normal process but very annoying because we plan things out with the appointment time in mind. Also there were times when we wanted our dog to be there for one day, but it always seemed to be changed to 2 days because the owner would stated she only had 1 appointment time the next day for us to pick up our dog. Or it was busy time of the year. Or some type of excuse to maybe have us pay more money.Also our dog comes back to us very stressed and uneasy. We have taken our dog to other doggie daycares and our dog is relaxed, happy, tired and content. At other doggie daycares they send us pictures by text during the time our dog is there. They show us our dog is having fun with other dogs. The other doggy daycares are also bigger, more organized, out in more spacious areas and have more comfortable accommodations. Grande paws accommodations seem more like a pet bathing shop more so a doggie daycare. That would make sense because the owner always asks if our dog needs a bath. We never should have left our last doggie daycare 3 years ago. Grande paw is closer to our home, but we are willing to drive farther to get better quality of care for our dog.

Excellent care for my pets! Angel is so caring, they LOVE to go to be boarded. My 2 dogs drag me through the door, and don’t even look back to say goodbye to me..that is a sign of a great place for your pets! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
