No. There is no building access
$7 one way, $10 day pass with valley mover. Pickup on the west side of H st just South of 6th Ave
ValleyTransitAK.org for the schedule, as Tygh noted. The website is hard to search for so bookmark it or print it out. They leave from City Hall transit center and (5 minutes later) the Anchorage Museum. There is also a poster of the schedule in the transit center too.
