Recently purchased a new 2022 sportsman heritage 231 center console Although I had to wait 13 months for it to it was not because of anything The boathouse did. Through the whole process Tim and The boathouse staff was great. They were able to add some upgrades to the boat after the fact as well that look great (trolling motor, powe pole, SureShade retractable cover ) the entire experience from start to finish was outstanding. Would definitely buy a boat again from them. This is our second boat purchase from them.

Bought a new trailer to haul our boat to California. Tim was awesome, very professional, and seemed to really want to make his customers happy. When we had to buy a spare tire from the parts department, we were given the runaround and they tried to charge us much more than what we were told we would have to pay for the spare tire. I understand they are trying to make money, but there should be a fixed price on parts, otherwise it feels like they are trying to punk the customer for whatever they can get.
