The guy outside who wipes the car with towel after washing it he was rude with me and he asking for tips. Giving tips it’s should be all up to customers. It was very unprofessional and he barely did anything to give him tips but I still gave him tips cause I was embarrassed when he asked me

Overall, I liked the car wash I received in my first visit. However, I paid for the Velo Wash , which includes many services. Unfortunately, I did not get the full service. After my vehicle was washed and the young man dried my vehicle, I waited to get my vehicle vacuumed because there was someone ahead of me getting the inside of their vehicle cleaned. I was then told they are about to switch staff and asked if I could wait 10 minutes for the shift change. I was assured that I would get it done. However, the young man who dried my car was going to do it, but no one came to relieve him. I had to ask for tokens to do it myself 16 minutes after the 10 minutes I waited. I had to go, so I did what I had to do. The young man did apologize. It wasn't his fault. I may give the place a chance again. I doubt it. 😏Despite the issue I had, I did appreciate the aspect of the service I did receive and the friendliness of the staff.
