Would not advise!! For starters, the place was dirty when I first moved in. Apex Manayunk/Venice Lofts has had severe flooding for the last two years in a row. It is built on a FEMA high risk flood zone. Unresponsive rigid.management, you will make multiple calls and send multiple emails with no response. Even if you show up in person, there’s usually one person with enough power to address issues and they likely will NOT be on site. The response from the management after the flood was non existent!!! We had to vacate for two months & Complete repairs have yet to be made inside the units! THE REPAIRS that were completed are questionable and Shotty. Corners were definitely cut in order to get the residents back in and get the cash flowing again. While vacant due to the flood, ROBBERIES occurred all through the property… The property owners essentially shrugged they're shoulders about it. They are also consistently understaffed. There have been four managers over the last year. They are definitely only concerned about a money grab and you will not receive what you are paying for. They just completed renovation of the grounds and it looks much better from the outside but don’t be deceived. Please take heed and MOVE ELSEWHERE!

They are scam and stealing peoples money. Dealing with Apex has been an absolute nightmare! They charged me a $85 application fee then took the $500 security deposit out of my account. I didn't hear from anyone for over a week calling and leaving a message twice a day and emailing every day and never got an answer or return call/email. Then they told me I got denied after trying to reach them for over a week and did not send my security deposit back. Still haven't gotten my money back and its been several weeks

This property is a very poor value. Interior of some apartments are nice but utilities have problems, residents are unhappy, and management seems sparse and incapable. I lived here for several months but broke my lease as they have several Licensing and Inspection violations. Please do not live here, the property owners seem to be misleading potential residents.
