Very dirty, the floors had fake nails, trash and spots all over. The nail stations and the pedicure chair tables were visibly dirty as well. If this is how they take care of their workspaces it makes me wonder about the cleanliness of their equipment. Even the bowl that my hands were soaked in had debris in it. Aside from the dirty environment the staff were very friendly and welcoming which is why I give it 2 stars. This place was so nice when it first opened but it is not how I remember it being. Cluttered and dirty is the current state. I share this in hope that something will change because It is a great location with affordable prices.

It was near their closing time as we were driving up to the place, but in spite of that, they were literally waving us in. We raced to get in to get our nails done, all four of us. They warmly welcomed us all in, efficiently notated what services we wished to get, and settled us all in. I had a nice massage in the chair as I got my pedicure. The lady who waited on me for my mani and pedi was so patient and understanding, as I had not been to a salon in a while. They had really cool, up tempo music playing, and they just took care of us. It was really, really nice. And the job they did on my toes and fingers was just so pretty🌺😁💛I love it 💕🌺💞I can't wait to get back there for my refill, which she helpfully informed me is what I need when I asked her when I should come back and what to ask for. I love it there, and I can't wait to get back in two weeks🌼🌸💕

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I went in for a pedicure and got the worst/rushed pedicure I ever received in my life. They didn’t do a pedicure at all. Just slapped polish on my nails and told me to get up. I had to return 2 days later to get it “fixed” but all they did was slap some more polish on the 3 coat they already put on and called it “fixed”. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anymore. As, I sit here and look at the maintenance of my feet I am so angry that I ever paid them. I simply shouldn’t have smh. I’m so upset because some of the staff seem nice but this type of service is very disappointing.

So I love the vibe here. They talk to you and are so friendly. LOTS of nails colors and options. But no menu and I’ve definitely been hustled a couple of times. Their pedicures are nice. The second visit. I got the pink nails done and the tech was quick and gave me exactly what I wanted and the shape I wanted (which apparently is hard for most salons to comprehend). But she charged me $75! $5 per dip color. And didn’t tell me that was the extra charge till after it was done. I have NEVER been charged $5 for a different color anywhere else. She also overdrilled and when removing the dip, my nails are veryyy sensitive. Then I wen back a 3rd time and got this peach color. The tech absolutely butchered my nails. Definitely over-drilled trying to fix them and it still came out sloppy over an hour and a half later with 3 nicked cuticles. They charged me $50 instead of $60 knowing I wasn’t happy with the final result. Overall, i do love the vibe and it’s so hard to find a spot where you feel like you connect with the nail techs but Red Lotus needs to provide a menu and adhere to it. I’m willing to pay good money and tip well if I don’t feel hustled and scammed. I know they can do a great job if they want to.

Please make note that the prices have increased. And if you don't get a gel pedicure, you will NOT be allowed to sit and dry your polish. Also, they now require you to purchase mini kits for services
Definitely make an appointment the day before you go. However, try calling the same day to see if they have any availability from people that didn't show for their appointments.
