What a great experience i had with all the personnel of this office ,from the security guards to receptionist on second floor, especially my ,kind ,calming and appreciable interviewer officer Diodre who made all my anxiety melted away from the very first moment she called my name for interview. I can't be more thankful to all of them .

I wanted to comment as someone driving a friend to this location. First of all I wanted to state that it's fairly easy to find street parking if you are willing to walk up to two blocks. On the streets you can find free parking for 1 hour or 2 hours. If you manage to get a spot directly in front of the building on 41st street then you can pay metered parking (approx $2.50 for every 2 hours) using the meterUp app on your smartphone. Otherwise there's a parking lot on 41st street directly in front of the building that charges $20 regardless of how long you stay. There is a Rite Aid with free parking right there but you'd probably risk getting towed away if they see you're not an actual customer of Rite Aid. When you accompany someone to this location you will not be allowed in. Only the person that's on the appointment letter will be allowed in. Anyone other than the person on the appointment letter will need to wait outside the building entrance.

Front door security was so rude. Who asked a applicant, why you are here?? Officer “Foster” was totally unprofessional. She was so rough with applicant, feels like we snitch ctzship from her. Other officers were great, should learn from others. Everyone had a bad day but no need to show in job place specially this kind of office. Was scared to protest, may be prove as a terror. Now a days everything is possible. Hope better service in future if anyone care.

My husband and I were at the uscis office for GC interview. Everyone was polite and friendly and the atmosphere is so welcoming. We were interviewed by an officer named K. Foster. If been pleasant is human then there She is in that building. So friendly and yet professional. My husband can't stop talking about her all day. We may have to go find her one day soon. Yeah!!! She was just too pleasant and attentive. She gives the best hug too, hubby can testify to that. Thanks officer Foster for your listening ear. . And for those planning on going there for appointment there is a street meter parking and also a 20$ all day parking lot in front of the building.
