The last time I came in we felt so rushed and the girl that helped us was helping 2 other groups at the same time, maybe because they were short-staffed and over booked. And I couldn’t get anyone on the phone the next day, so I ended up ordering my dress online. However today they redeemed themselves and it was a great experience. Susana was so patient and attentive to just us as we were in there picking out my niece’s (flower girl) dress. We only had an hour appt, but she ended up helping us for almost 2.5 hours!!! We got the flower girl dress, shoes, and the belt for my dress. It was a way better experience and way less stressful than last time. Susana said she was still training but she was wonderful!

I went to David's Bridal Millenia after trying a few other locations. Clothing shopping is already difficult for me, so I was anxious to shop for my wedding dress. When I came in for my first visit, immediately I felt welcomed and knew I was going to find the dress of my dreams. Kimesha was an absolute dream to work with. She made me feel comfortable, and was to the point about what worked and didn't work with what I wanted and what would be most comfortable for my day and the vision I had for it. Ultimately I wound up with the dress I always wanted and from June 2021 when I made my purchase until my wedding day in February of 2022, I never had a second thought. We also had our alterations done at this location and they did a phenomenal job. We didn't feel like we dumped money into a dress I'll "only wear once". I'll be using their services for cleaning and preservation as well. Overall I 200% recommend this David's Bridal location to anyone who's looking for a welcoming experience.

Came in for my first bridal appointment today, and my consultant was Cassie. She is amazing! Made my mother and myself feel so comfortable. Found my dress for my court house wedding and I’m definitely coming back to get another dress for my Puerto Rico wedding next year. Cassie is so kind and made me feel beautiful. She helped me chose the perfect dress and accessories. Can’t wait to go back!

Set up an appointment for a bridesmaid fitting. The bride came along for support and final say 😉. Once checked in we were able to roam the different dresses on the rack. After about 5-10, we were able to meet our consultant Lisa who is amazing. She listened to the styles we wanted as well as understood the coral reef color theme that we needed. We also had a member of the bridal party that was 10 minutes late and Lisa pulled the outfits for her to try on when she arrived. She was very attentive and I didn’t feel that she was rushing us. Thank you so much Lisa for making our experience smooth and memorable. Two of us bought our bridesmaids dresses with Lisa’s direction. Be advised the shipping time is over 2 months. I bought the dress on Feb 5 and was advised an eta of end of May.
