Not only is the staff exceptionally rude, but it almost seemed like they go out of their way to disrespect you which is absurd. Out of any business I have ever went into, this is the one where I have received the absolute worst "customer service". Employee actually stared me down when I asked him a simple question as well.

Purchased a firearm from here everything went fine until pick up they did not inform me that we needed to have a state issued copy of my current address and the one on my id from Jacksonville was not valid. Cause its not local. Lack of information. This was all known at the time if purchase but i was not informed.

Went in to make a purchase and the staff was kind and knowledgeable even went out of the way to hold something for me until later that afternoon so I wouldn’t miss out on it since it was the only one they had. I will definitely go back.
